Article 3 Employee placement

Article 5 Company Transfer and Payment of Price

Article 7 Burden of taxes and fees

1. Apply to the local arbitration institution for arbitration according to law.
2. Bring a lawsuit to the local people's court according to law.
Article 8 Dispute settlement
During the performance of this contract, if there is a dispute between Party A and Party B and negotiation fails, the parties may apply to the property rights trading institution for mediation, or both parties may choose according to the contract.
Article 9 Liability for breach of contract
1. When signing the transferee, Party B shall pay a deposit of RMB (in words) through the property rights exchange center. When the contract is performed, the deposit paid by Party B shall be returned to Party B or as the price. When Party B fails to perform the contract, it has no right to demand the return of the deposit; If Party A fails to perform the contract, it shall pay compensation equivalent to the amount of deposit paid by Party B; Where Party A and Party B request to terminate the contract, the deposit shall be returned to Party B after deducting the corresponding transaction expenses of Party B. ..
