China Anhua Group Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of China Anhua (Group) Corporation. China Anhua (Group) Corporation was originally an enterprise directly under the Armed Police Headquarters and was established on September 9, 1988. It was originally named "China Anhua Development Corporation", and was renamed as China Anhua (Group) Corporation in February 1997. 1In March, 1999, according to the decision of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission that the army no longer does business, it was decoupled from the Armed Police Force and handed over to China International Trust and Investment Corporation (now China CITIC Group Co., Ltd.) as a whole.
