The Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was revised and adopted by the 18th meeting of the 10th NPC Standing Committee in People's Republic of China (PRC) on1October 27th, 2005. The revised Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) is hereby promulgated and will come into force from June 5, 2008 to October 6, 2008.
