4) The volatile matter should be moderate, and the combustion speed should be kept within the range of 20-35, generally controlled at 25-32.
5) Generally, ash is not required, and the level of ash is inversely proportional to calorific value, so the calorific value index is specified, which limits the ash.
6) Generally, the moisture content is not specified, and high moisture content will reduce the calorific value of the receiving base.
7) Coal consumption is related to clinker heat consumption, clinker output and coal receiving calorific value. If the daily output of clinker is 3,000 tons, the heat consumption of clinker is 1 10 kg of standard coal/ton of clinker (note: coal with a calorific value of 7,000 kcal/kg is called standard coal), and the calorific value of coal received is 5,800 kcal/kg. The daily coal consumption is calculated as follows:
(110 * 5800/7000) * 3000/1000 = 273 tons.
