With the deepening of the western development strategy, Chengdu-Chongqing area is becoming a hot spot for mainland to attract investment from coastal and overseas enterprises. Suining, located in the center of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, is an important transportation node city and has a good location advantage in developing modern commerce and logistics industry. In this context, Hong Kong Jiankun International Holdings Co., Ltd. invested and built a super-large modern business logistics platform-Jiankun City in Suining.

Project overview:

The project covers an area of about 6.5438+0.4 million square meters (including roads), with a total construction area of about 3 million square meters and a total investment of about 7.5 billion yuan. Relying on the exhibition and trading of products in eight major industries, such as building materials and household, auto parts and accessories, electronic products, daily commodities, hardware and electrical machinery, textiles and clothing, handicrafts and agricultural and sideline products, we will build a modern high-end service platform for one-stop commodity wholesale procurement, logistics and distribution and supporting services, and form a business flow.

Project construction content:

Jiankun City consists of four functional areas: business transaction area, logistics distribution area, business service area and supporting residential area. The trade zone is the core content of the project construction, covering an area of about 800,000 square meters and a building area of about1150,000 square meters. On both sides of Jiankun Avenue, a product exhibition and trading area will be built with auto parts and accessories, electronic products, agricultural and sideline products, hardware and electrical machinery, daily commodities, handicrafts, textile and garment products, building materials and home furnishing as the main content, with four-storey large commercial space as the main body and boutique shops as the periphery.

The logistics distribution area is spatially distributed at the north and south ends of the project land, covering an area of about 60,000 square meters and a construction area of about 6,543.8+10,000 meters, mainly providing ordinary warehousing services and cold chain logistics services for the staying merchants.

The business service area is located in the central area of the project, covering an area of about 6.5438+0.4 million square meters and a construction area of about 600,000 square meters. The construction contents include convention and exhibition center, office building, product inspection and testing center, government service center, financial service center, star-rated business hotel, business apartment, shopping center, catering, entertainment, leisure sports and other comprehensive supporting service facilities, providing one-stop and complete commercial supporting services for the staying merchants.

The supporting residential area is located at the northern end of the project land, covering an area of about 340,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 1 10,000 square meters, which mainly provides supporting life for the staying merchants.

The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of 670,000 square meters, with a building area of 1.3 million square meters.
