Burst or explode

The blasting is correct.

Blasting is a technology that uses the compression, loosening, destruction, throwing and killing effects of explosives in air, water, earth-rock media or objects to achieve the expected purpose.

When explosive or charge explodes in earth-rock medium or structure, it will cause compression, deformation, destruction, loosening and throwing of earth-rock medium or structure, which is mainly used in earth-rock engineering and the demolition of metal buildings and structures.

The research scope includes: the nature and usage of explosives and initiating devices, the explosion effect of charge (cartridge) in various media, the contact blasting and non-contact blasting of charge to the target, and the organization and implementation of various blasting operations.

Precautions for blasting:

Those who hold the theory view that stress wave and gas * * * act together think that the high temperature and high pressure gas generated by the explosion of internal charge violently impacts the surrounding rock and soil, thus arousing the stress wave to propagate concentrically in the rock mass, resulting in great pressure. When the pressure exceeds the strength of the earth and rock, the earth and rock will be destroyed.

Stress wave is a dynamic action, which starts in the form of shock wave and decays into elastic wave after doing work. The expansion process of explosive gas is approximately static, mainly to strengthen the radial movement of earth-rock particles and promote the initial crack propagation. Therefore, according to the different properties of rock and soil, taking corresponding reasonable technical measures can effectively meet different blasting requirements.
