The company and its related party Yichun Heavy Industry Group * * * have not completed the capital increase for special purpose vehicles. Fangte Steel laid out mineral water production last year, and recently acquired the related party Yichun Special Purpose Vehicle Company to enter the field of new energy sanitation vehicles, indicating that the company is striving to develop new main business and improve its performance. Although the profitability of special purpose vehicle companies is not good at present, considering the low penetration rate of domestic sanitation vehicles, the industry still has great growth.
