So if you want to do this job well, you must watch more, learn more and practice more in practice. The point is to learn more, learn more, learn more. In particular, take the initiative to learn from experts. All units and individuals need to order some professional books for study. These are the basic knowledge that the grass-roots propagandists in enterprises must know and master, and they are one of the most basic conditions for doing a good job in news gathering and writing.
Second, study hard and practice basic skills, not afraid of failure, not afraid of gains and losses.
The author has been engaged in corporate propaganda for many years. He used to be a reporter, a TV cameraman, an editor of a factory newspaper and the stationmaster of a reporter station. Now he is the director of the enterprise propaganda center, and also a special correspondent and correspondent of many newspapers, TV stations and radio stations. From amateur correspondent to full-time news propaganda work now, I think I have benefited from the following aspects: First, I consciously strengthen the study of basic theoretical knowledge. In the mid-1990s, on the basis of studying news writing for several years, I enrolled in the basic theoretical knowledge study of news writing correspondence class at my own expense. After one year's study and rigorous examination, I obtained the graduation certificate of news writing major. Second, we should persist in reading books and newspapers for a long time, study other people's writing styles, characteristics, techniques and skills, and at the same time, when we encounter problems we don't understand in the writing process, we should take the initiative to consult experts humbly until the problems are clear. Third, not afraid of failure, be brave in continuous practice. When I first started to learn news writing, many propaganda articles I wrote were not adopted, but I always insisted that if I failed, I would start all over again. After repeated failures, study and practice, I finally got great gains. Since then, a large number of propaganda articles have been adopted by news media such as radio and television in our unit every year. Among them, more than 500 radio and television articles collected and written in one year were adopted by the unit radio and television stations. On average, Gansu Daily, Lanzhou Morning Post, Lanzhou Evening News, Gansu TV Station, Lanzhou TV Station and other media at or above the city level use more than 30 news articles 10, at most. To this end, they have been rated as propaganda pacesetters, excellent propagandists and advanced propagandists by the unit for many years. Fourth, take the initiative to "pass, help and lead", carry forward the team spirit and do a good job in various publicity work. Over the years, on the basis of doing my job well, I have used my spare time to help or guide more than a dozen comrades in grass-roots teams to write news articles, which has obviously improved their writing level. The adoption rate of the news articles written has not only increased in the internal radio, television or other publications of enterprises, but also some news articles have been published in local and municipal party newspapers and periodicals.
Third, re-investigate, see the needle, attack quickly, and improve the "hit rate."
It is the basis of news writing to go deep into grass-roots investigation and interview and take the initiative to master first-hand raw materials. As a grass-roots propagandist, if you want to do a good job in news gathering and writing, you should first take an active part in various beneficial social practice activities, go deep into grass-roots units and teams to conduct interviews and research, take the initiative to make friends with workers, and firmly grasp the first-hand raw materials of news gathering and writing, that is, interview more and take more notes, which is sensitive when things happen. Without in-depth investigation and research at the grassroots level in time, interviewing workers, and mastering the first-hand raw materials of news writing, it is impossible to build a car behind closed doors. Then, on the basis of mastering the first-hand raw materials of news writing, we can attack quickly and find the right target and position in one go. According to the different priorities of enterprises in different periods, the capacity or demand of columns and pages set by various newspapers and magazines and other news media, according to their "tastes" and "preferences", we should write articles or deliver manuscripts with emphasis and pertinence, and we should not blindly. When delivering news articles to news media such as party newspapers and periodicals, the events reported in the articles written by the authors must be true and dare to be "responsible for their own words". The name, unit and address of the goods must be true, and the goods must be audited, signed and sealed by the competent department of the unit before delivery. The purpose of this is to prevent the events (facts) reported in the article from being inaccurate or deceptive.
