Fifth, there are treatment technologies and processes that meet the types of hazardous wastes managed.
Sixth, there are specific measures to ensure the safety of hazardous waste management, environmental protection and emergency management of safety accidents.
Legal basis: China hazardous waste treatment industry management qualification licensing and management system II. Graded examination and approval of hazardous waste business license qualification, qualification of comprehensive business license for hazardous waste incineration with an annual output of 1 10,000 tons or above, qualification of comprehensive business license for hazardous waste disposal containing polychlorinated biphenyls and mercury that pose a great threat to the environment and human health, or qualification of comprehensive business license for hazardous waste using comprehensive centralized disposal facilities listed in the national hazardous waste disposal facility construction plan shall be examined and issued by the competent department of environmental protection of the State Council. The hazardous waste business license of the centralized medical waste disposal unit shall be approved and issued by the competent environmental protection department of the Municipal People's Government where the centralized medical waste disposal facility is located. Hazardous waste collection and operation license shall be approved and issued by the competent department of environmental protection of the people's government at the county level. Business licenses for hazardous wastes other than those specified in the preceding three paragraphs shall be issued by the competent environmental protection departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
