The organizational mission of Midtown Alliance is "to be a practitioner of advanced human settlement concept, advocate corporate social civic responsibility, and build a livable green ecological community with customer demand as the guide". Orientation of Midtown Alliance

Midtown Alliance is a non-governmental organization higher than enterprise groups. Based on the principle of voluntary mutual benefit, it is an industrial interest combination in the form of economic cooperation agreement (contract) aimed at improving the competitiveness of enterprises, and it is also an attempt of strategic alliance among some advantageous enterprises.

Rules of procedure of Midtown Alliance

The final decision-making mechanism of Midtown Alliance is the joint meeting of chairmen of Midtown Alliance, which is composed of chairmen of all member companies. The joint meeting of directors shall have a rotating chairman. The joint meeting formulated the framework document of China City Alliance, adopted resolutions and signed multilateral contracts. The rotating chairman is elected from all members of the board of directors for a term of two years. The rotating chairman is responsible for convening the joint meeting, drawing up the theme of the meeting and presiding over the meeting. Midtown Alliance has a secretariat and a professional committee. The secretariat is mainly responsible for organizing joint meetings of chairmen, chairman's activities, coordinating the work of various committees, and liaising with news media, all sectors of society and real estate-related industries. Professional committees are mainly responsible for joining new members, professional training, collective investigation, research on real estate and related issues, collective procurement, financing and exchange.
