Brief introduction of Egypt Airlines

EgyptAir, funded by the government, is one of the best airlines in the Middle East and Arab countries. It operates regular flights to Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, the United States and Egypt, and flies to nearly 70 destinations in more than 40 countries.

EgyptAir was established on June 7th, 1932, and started operation in July, 1933. At that time, Misr Airwork was established together with Air Work Company. During World War II, the Egyptian government took over the airline and changed its name to Misr Air on 1949. 196 1 year 1 month, Misr Air and Syrian Airlines established United Arab Airlines (UAA), but this agreement only lasted for a short time. This name lasted for a while, and it was not changed to EgyptAir until 197 1 year 10.

Egypt Air will open a regional airline in April 2007. The newly established subsidiary, named EgyptAir Express, has six Embraer170s, which were manufactured by Embraer in the first quarter of 2007. Airlines can also choose to buy another six.
