Northeast Securities Company Limited (Northeast Securities) was formerly known as Jilin Securities Company. In June 2000, with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. was established by increasing capital and shares. In August, 2007, Liu Lu Industrial Co., Ltd. of Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone repurchased shares, and merged Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. with new shares, and changed its name to Northeast Securities Co., Ltd.
