Both of them belong to New Benxi Iron and Steel Group, in which Beiying Company is the main steel body of the former Beitai Iron and Steel Group. After the merger of Benxi Iron and Steel (Benxi Iron and Steel and Beitai Iron and Steel Group), Beiying Company was officially placed under Benxi Iron and Steel Group. Benxi Steel Plate Company was the main steel manufacturer of the original Benxi Iron and Steel Group and has been listed on the stock market. Benxi Steel Plate and Benxi Beiying are parallel steel production plates under Benxi Iron and Steel Group, but only one is listed and the other is unlisted.
