1. Sign a bilateral power supply agreement with power suppliers PSA: There are three types of power suppliers in the Philippines, namely, power distribution companies, ordinary power sales companies and power plant-owned power sales companies, of which the latter two are called retail electricity suppliers (RES) and the high-quality ones are called localRetailElectricSupplier.
2. Selling WESM in the spot market: The full name of the spot market is the wholesale electricity spot market, which provides a fair trading platform for power sellers. WESM platform is registered. After the platform is registered, the power selling company to which the power generation company belongs can list the capacity of the power plant for sale on the platform. Each trading cycle is one hour. If the listing price is lower than the clearing price of the trading cycle, the transaction is completed by scheduling. If the listing price is higher than the clearing price of the trading cycle, the transaction fails and the scheduling opportunity is lost. New energy power plants have the priority to dispatch, and the price is the settlement price of each trading cycle. Traditional energy power plants adopt price priority system, which may not be able to sell electricity.
3. Sign power supply agreement PSA with large users: Power plants can directly sign power supply agreements with large industrial users, similar to signing with power suppliers. However, due to the small scale of industrial users, it is impossible to buy the full capacity of large-capacity power plants. The best choice for large power plants is to sign PSA with power sales companies.
