Brief introduction of Beijing Aerospace Changfeng Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd.

Beijing Aerospace Changfeng Science and Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Changfeng Science and Technology Industry Group Company) was established in 1994 with a registered capital of 359.384 million yuan. It is the first large-scale high-tech industrial group led by national defense scientific research units in China. It is affiliated to China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation and is a wholly-owned company of the Second Research Institute of Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. On July 20 10, it was renamed Beijing Aerospace Changfeng Science and Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. On July 2011February, it entered Beijing Aerospace Changfeng Co., Ltd. through major asset restructuring (stock code 600855).
