Overseas students who apply for D-type funding must have been studying or studying abroad continuously for more than 1 year (inclusive), and should meet the key areas of annual funding specified in these guidelines, come to Shanghai to start their own businesses or have special expertise in important research achievements or important invention patent technologies (proprietary technologies). 8. 10. Those who have obtained the Qualification Certificate for Overseas Students of Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program and meet the application conditions for this year need to renew their original certificates within the acceptance period.
