The application range of nylon is greatly broadened, and the friction coefficient is lower (can be reduced by 50%) and the wear resistance is improved (can be increased by 10 times) than that of ordinary nylon.
4:PA6+ Molybdenum disulfide (grayish black): It contains Molybdenum disulfide powder, which can improve the bearing capacity and wear resistance of unmodified cast nylon without affecting its impact resistance and fatigue resistance. Widely used in manufacturing gears, bearings, star wheels and shaft sleeves.
5:PA6+ solid lubricant (gray): The formula of patented cast nylon 6 is adopted, which contains solid lubricant. This material has self-lubrication.
Excellent friction, outstanding wear resistance and pressing speed (5 times higher than ordinary cast nylon).
