In July this year, the 4N20 engine in the new generation powertrain of "I era" rolled off the production line in the hive, and the 9DCT and 9HDCT will be put into production in June 5438+065438+ 10, followed by the special gearbox for DHT dual-motor hybrid power. Zheng revealed that "9AT has completed vehicle verification and will be put into production in Chongqing by the end of next year." It is reported that the factory in Chongqing is under construction. The monthly production capacity of 9AT is estimated to be 25,000 units. In addition to matching the models of the Great Wall, it will also be supplied to foreign countries.
At present, the hive can not rely on imported parts, the gearbox supply chain is completely localized, and the upstream suppliers are also local and foreign (it is required to build factories in China). Each component will have different suppliers and can be substituted for each other to maintain the stability of the supply system.
Engines and automatic gearboxes are only part of the layout of honeycomb enterprises.
In terms of electric drive, the hive is supplied by Euler. Since it was put into production in June, the market share has exceeded 1 10,000 units, and the most advanced flat-wire motors in the market have already been laid out. Undeniably, the supply system of Great Wall Motor has realized "internal circulation" in China. Zheng said: "If we really want to have core competitiveness, we must achieve comprehensive control from hardware manufacturing to software design."
In Taizhou, the dual clutch module and hydraulic module will be produced independently, which means that all the core components of automatic transmission can be controlled by beehive. At the same time, the control software of automatic gearbox is also owned by Honeycomb, and the engine control software will be independently developed by the end of next year.
It is worth noting that turbocharger, transfer case, hydrogen fuel cell air compressor, 70Mpa hydrogen storage bottle, valve body and honeycomb are also in layout, and some production lines are under construction. These are areas that used to be monopolized by foreign companies.
