The overall development strength of Hubei Police College is strong.
1. The college has 430 faculty members, including more than 130 full and associate professors, and more than 200 teachers with doctorate and master's degrees. The college implements a two-way exchange system between teachers and actual police instructors, and "dual-qualified" teachers account for 87% of the total number of full-time teachers.

1.
