Special note: Students who apply for national inspirational scholarships, provincial government inspirational scholarships, provincial government inspirational scholarships and national grants for ethnic minority students in Tibet and Haibei, Xinjiang, must be students with financial difficulties registered in our school, otherwise they will not apply.

The amount of national scholarship is 8,000 yuan per person per year, and the number of award places is 52 students.
The provincial government scholarship amount is 6000 yuan per person per academic year, and the number of award places is 49 students.
The amount of national inspirational scholarship is 5,000 yuan per person per year, and the number of winners is 970 students.
The provincial government's inspirational scholarship amount is 5000 yuan per person per academic year, and the award quota is 125 students.
The grant is divided into three grades, with an average of 3300 yuan. The amount is 2200 yuan (grade one), 3300 yuan (grade two) and 4400 yuan (grade three) per person per academic year. The state grants are distributed according to the half-year budget, that is, 1 100 yuan (level 1), 1650 yuan (level 2) and 2,200 yuan (level 3) per person.
(3) Application conditions

(4) remarkable achievements have been made in innovation and invention, and scientific research achievements have won awards at or above the provincial level or national patents appraised by experts (excluding utility model patents and design patents).
(5) Make remarkable achievements in sports competitions and win glory for our country. Non-sports majors won the top three individual events and the top two collective events by participating in sports competitions at or above the provincial level; High-level athletes participated in international and national sports competitions and won the top three in individual events and the top two in team events. Team events should be the main force.

(3) National scholarships, provincial government scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and provincial government inspirational scholarships are ranked at least in the same grade and major, or in the unified ranking of the whole hospital, or in the first or third grade of a major. Class ranking is strictly prohibited. Once the class ranking is found, the quota will be automatically cancelled and will not be replenished.
3. Instructions for applying for scholarships and grants:
(1) In the same academic year, students from poor families who have received national scholarships can apply for and receive national grants at the same time, but they cannot receive national inspirational scholarships, provincial government scholarships and provincial government inspirational scholarships at the same time.
(2) In the same academic year, students who receive state grants can apply for and receive one of national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, provincial government scholarships and provincial government inspirational scholarships at the same time.
(3) In the same academic year, students who have won the national inspirational scholarship can apply for and get the national bursary at the same time, but they cannot get the national scholarship, the provincial government scholarship and the provincial government inspirational scholarship at the same time.
(4) In the same academic year, students from poor families who have won provincial government scholarships can apply for and receive state grants at the same time, but they cannot get state scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and provincial government inspirational scholarships at the same time.
(5) In the same academic year, students from poor families who have obtained inspirational scholarships from the provincial government can apply for and obtain state grants at the same time, but they cannot obtain state scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and provincial government scholarships at the same time.
(6) According to the reality of our school, in order to expand the coverage of financial aid for students from poor families, students who have obtained this national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship, provincial government inspirational scholarship or provincial government inspirational scholarship for minority students in Tibet and Haibei, Xinjiang, are not allowed to participate in the selection of "School-level Outstanding Poor Students in the 20 19-2020 academic year", but students who have obtained national scholarships can apply for and get "2060" at the same time.
Colleges and universities should include all students who have set up their cards (Shandong is above the provincial level and other provinces are national standards), urban and rural subsistence allowances, disabled students, orphans and destitute support (not less than 3,300 yuan) into the scope of state grants, implement the state grants standards according to the principle of high standards, and effectively solve the living expenses of these students during their school days.
1. Evaluation procedures for national scholarships and provincial government scholarships:

All colleges should strictly master the evaluation criteria and strictly examine the application materials of students. Before the recommended list is formally determined, the students who have passed the preliminary examination shall be publicized. Resolutely put an end to fraud, resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of not judging according to the prescribed standards, evenly distributing, persuading donations (all donations to classmates, class collectives and colleges are regarded as persuading donations), and "taking turns to sit in the village". Once found, the relevant students' selection and recommendation qualifications will be cancelled, and the recommended places will not be replenished.
(7) Requirements for submitting relevant materials in written and electronic versions.

The form shall be printed on both sides, and the form style shall not be changed or the number of pages shall be increased at will. The relevant information in the form should be complete and the relevant handwriting should be clear. No data should be changed or blank items should appear. If there is no relevant information, you need to fill in "None". When filling in the form, the college organizes personnel to fill it out.
In the title, the middle school year in the title of the table is the last school year when the evaluation work began. If the form is filled in the fall semester of 2020, it should be filled in "20 19-2020 academic year", and so on.
The two columns of "Basic Information" and "Application Reason" in the form should be filled in by the students themselves, and the other items must be filled in by the college. Fill in the "reasons for applying" in a comprehensive and detailed way, which can truthfully reflect students' outstanding academic achievements, social practice, innovative ability and comprehensive quality. Use the first person and control the number of words between 200 and 220 words. Among them, the applicant's signature is written by the student himself and cannot be printed, and the date is "June 65438 +65438 10+April 2020".
The range of academic performance and comprehensive evaluation results in the form should be within the same range. According to the actual situation of each college, at least it should be ranked between the same grade and the same major, or it can be ranked in the same grade (all majors in each grade) or the same major (all majors in three grades), or it can be ranked in the same place in the whole hospital. But it is not allowed to rank by class.
In the form, only the main award-winning projects above the school level are filled in, but small award-winning projects such as similar speech contests and sports meetings in the school are not filled in, and inspirational scholarships, bursaries and other funded projects are not filled in.
