The hollow glass bead sorting device consists of three main parts, namely, a sorter, a separator and a collector. The separator adopts gravity separation method and consists of three settling boxes with different sizes. At the lower part of each sedimentation tank, there is no discharge device. When the airflow containing fly ash enters the sedimentation tank through the air inlet pipe, the gas velocity drops rapidly due to the increase of the cross section of the airflow channel, and the fly ash relies on its own gravity. Part of it gradually falls into the sedimentation tank. According to the principle of equal drop, most of the heavier coarse particles, honeycomb glass, timely, mullite, solid beads, iron beads and large carbon particles are respectively settled in the classifier. There are also some tiny hollow glass beads and ultrafine glass beads that enter the separator with the airflow. The separator is used for airflow rotation.
