All tank wall panels are made of 304 stainless steel. All working tanks are equipped with auxiliary tanks and filters. All pipelines are made of stainless steel.
The pump used in the phosphating process adopts the form of double mechanical seals, and a corresponding sealed pump is installed to extend the service life of the pump. The pumps in the remaining processes all use single mechanical seals.
The working tank is equipped with a stirring device, which can continuously update the tank liquid in contact with the workpiece surface, ensure uniform temperature and concentration of the tank liquid, accelerate the chemical reaction speed of the workpiece surface, and improve the quality of pre-treatment . The iron powder and dirt removal system uses a combination of hydrocyclone separator and magnetic iron powder filter to remove iron powder and dirt in the tank liquid. The processed bath liquid automatically returns to the pre-degreasing tank. Set up a special sewage transport trolley to collect iron powder and dirt and transport the iron powder and dirt outside the workshop. The phosphating slag removal system consists of a supply pump, sedimentation separation equipment, phosphating slag filter press device, slag receiving trolley, etc. It realizes automatic and continuous slag removal and ensures that the slag content of the phosphating tank liquid is less than 3.0 ×10-4. The supply pump adopts double mechanical seal horizontal pump. Equipped with slag blowing compressed air pipeline and quick-change joints.

The working tank includes a main tank and an auxiliary tank. The tank body is a fully welded structure. The bottom of the tank is set with a certain slope. All corners of the tank body are arc-shaped. The tank body is made of low carbon steel and the inner surface is coated with fiberglass. In the dry state Withstand DC voltage ≥20 000V, safety protection device and insurance mechanism are installed at the bottom of the tank, and protection devices are installed on the side walls.
