At present, the domestic micro-enameled wire industry is mainly dominated by foreign manufacturers, and the core technology of production is also mainly mastered by foreign manufacturers. The domestic production capacity is far from meeting the demand, especially in the field of high-end micro-enameled wire, and the products are mainly imported from German, Japanese, Korean and Taiwan Province manufacturers.

At present, the technical problems in the field of micro electromagnetic wires have been solved by China University of Science and Technology, and the core technology has been patented by Changzhou Suyun Electric Co., Ltd., and the patent certificate has been issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration, China. Its mechanical equipment reaches and exceeds the international standard, which technically fills the gap in domestic production of miniature electromagnetic enameled wire below φ 0.05 mm
