Can an authorized patent be changed to an inventor?

An authorized patent can be changed to an inventor. According to the relevant laws and regulations, when submitting relevant materials to the patent administration department of the State Council, the parties may propose to change the name of the inventor, the name of the patentee and the name of the patent applicant. If it is approved by the patent administration department, it shall be allowed to change.
