What are the elements of enterprise performance appraisal?

The performance appraisal of an enterprise should include four elements, namely, results, behaviors, qualities and abilities:

1, result: the result is the ultimate goal of enterprise performance appraisal and the inevitable result of the other three elements. Results Performance can be divided into quantifiable results and non-quantifiable results, but as long as it is a result, it must be quantifiable and evaluable. In addition, the result performance can also be divided into three levels: enterprise performance, team performance and individual performance, which correspond to the assessment of top, middle and grass-roots companies respectively.

2. Behavior: Behavior is the process performance of deriving results, which is closely related to the performance of job responsibilities. On the one hand, behavior evaluation should evaluate whether behavior occurs, on the other hand, it should evaluate whether behavior occurs according to standards.

3. Quality and ability: Both quality and ability are the basic preconditions of results and behavioral factors. When setting quality and ability factors, we should emphasize the key characteristics that lead to job performance, rather than paying attention to all the characteristics of a person. Through assessment, employees can be guided to develop their own quality and ability in a certain aspect.
