Second, the second reason is that some patents can't be turned into results at all. Many people think of perpetual motion machines. This invention obviously violates the laws of nature. There are still many people who enjoy this patent. Theoretically, perpetual motion machines should not be approved, just for some other reasons. Even so, they can't be effectively transformed in practice, and their popularity is poor, which can't adapt to the development of society. Therefore, this reason also leads to the low utilization rate of patents.
Third, the third reason is that the risk of patent conversion is too great. In China, there are many kinds of patents, some of which are service inventions and some are non-service inventions. For some inventors, many ideas come from life. Such patents are often very practical and can even be directly used in life. Some people are simply tools of unjust enrichment, because some places have a special patent application reward system, so some people or companies often use it.
