Brewing method
Take 5 grams of cooked cassia seed, 3 grams of kudzu root and 3 chrysanthemums and put them in a glass (350 ml). (If you don't have Chrysanthemum morifolium and cooked Semen Cassiae, you don't need to add it. It will be better if you add it. )
Add boiling water (100℃) for about 8 minutes, soak for 5 minutes, and serve while it is hot.
Before drinking, the petals of pueraria lobata and chrysanthemum can be filtered out with a strainer.
