Anhui University 2015 Research Guarantee Policy

1. Basic requirements for application

Have the qualification to be recommended as an exempted student that year.

2. Subjects and majors accepting recommended students

Professional master’s degrees do not accept recommended students. The majors and number of recommended students accepted by academic master’s degrees are shown in Appendix 1.

3. Acceptance Procedure

1. Applicants log in to our school’s graduate admissions website (), check our school’s admissions brochure and admissions major catalog, and understand our school’s graduate admissions policies.

2. Applicants should log in to the "Recommendation and Exemption Service System" of the China Graduate Admissions Information Network () and fill in the application form for our school. The deadline for application is: October 10, 2014 at 4:30 pm.

3. For qualified applicants, our school’s Graduate Admissions Office will send re-examination notices through the “Recommendation and Exemption Service System” of the China Graduate Admissions Information Network. Applicants who receive the re-examination notice must accept the "re-examination notice" within 12 hours. Failure to do so will be deemed to have given up.

4. Applicants who have accepted the "re-examination notice" will come to school to participate in the re-examination and physical examination according to the prescribed re-examination schedule (see Appendix 2 for the re-examination schedule). Those who do not participate in the physical examination or fail the physical examination will not be admitted.

Applicants need to bring the following materials when coming to our school for re-examination: ID card, student ID card; undergraduate transcript (stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office of the undergraduate school); academic papers, books, patents, etc. that can prove scientific research Ability-related materials; college English proficiency certificates, award certificates, etc.

The re-examination scores are based on a hundred-point system, with a full score of 100. Those with re-examination scores below 60 points will not be admitted. The re-examination methods and re-examination forms are determined by each graduate training unit of our school.

5. For recommended students who pass the re-examination and agree to be accepted, our school will send a "pending admission" notice through the "Recommendation and Exemption Service System" of the China Graduate Admissions Information Network. Applicants who receive the "Pending Admission" notification must accept the "Pending Admission" notification within 12 hours. Failure to do so will be considered as giving up.

6. Public announcement: Our school will publicize the recommended students to be admitted on the Graduate School website for 10 working days.

7. If the applicant provides false information and materials, once discovered, the applicant’s qualification for admission without examination or student status will be cancelled.

4. Consultation and supervision

1. The Admissions Office of the Graduate School is responsible for the consultation work of our school’s acceptance of recommended students in 2015. 2. The school discipline inspection and supervision department will supervise the work process of accepting recommended students in 2015. Reports of illegal activities will be uniformly accepted by the school discipline inspection and supervision department and investigated and dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
