Present situation and development prospect of new energy industry
New energy vehicles have incomparable advantages over traditional fuel vehicles, such as low energy consumption and light pollution, which can solve the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution. Therefore, China Municipal Government attaches great importance to the research and development of new energy automobile industry, and regards it as a strategic emerging industry in China and a key field of "Made in China 2025". In recent years, with the strong and sustained support of the government, new energy vehicles have made outstanding achievements. China began to develop new energy vehicles from the tenth five-year plan, and organized and implemented the "Tenth Five-year National Major Science and Technology Project for Electric Vehicles", focusing on the development of vehicle technology and key parts technology. During this period, 26 national standards were issued and 796 domestic and foreign patents were accumulated. After years of efforts, China has made great progress in the research and development of electric vehicles. In terms of public platform technology, a standard system for new energy vehicles and a test platform for complete vehicles, batteries and motors have been established. In terms of vehicle technology, the battery life, reliability and safety of pure electric vehicles have been improved. The fuel cell vehicle adopts the technical scheme of "electric-electric hybrid" power system platform, which realizes the application of fuel cell city bus in three systems: fuel cell and battery hybrid power, electric chassis and vehicle control, and makes important breakthroughs in three technical fields: fuel cell durability, hydrogen safety and vehicle fuel economy. The low production technology level of new energy vehicles, small market space, high investment risk, long technology research and development cycle and slow return on investment can not be separated from the strong support of the government in the early stage of industrial development. Continue to get government help in vehicle production, promotion, charging facilities construction and power battery R&D and operation. 20 10 the State Council issued the "Decision on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of Strategic Emerging Industries", focusing on the cultivation and development of new energy vehicles. In 20 14, a series of supporting subsidy preferential policies were introduced one after another, mainly focusing on vehicle purchase subsidies, including vehicle purchase tax reduction and exemption, government and public procurement, support for electricity prices, and support for charging infrastructure construction. To provide all-round support for the new energy automobile industry. In 20 16, China municipal government issued 277 related policies. In 20 17, the government issued a number of policies to support the development of new energy vehicles, such as the Notice on Adjusting Policies Related to Automobile Loans. Although China's new energy is relatively late in auto start, with the strong support of the government, after several years of development, it has made outstanding achievements, with more sound relevant policies, more mature technology research and development system and stable and orderly market development. Based on the consideration of environmental protection, energy security and building an industrial power, new energy vehicles will remain a strategic emerging industry in China in the future, and will be the key support object of the government. However, backward technology development and lack of charging facilities are still obstacles to the development of new energy vehicles. In the next few years, the development of new energy vehicles is still inseparable from the government's support. Under the macro background of building a low-carbon and energy-saving economy, the development of new energy vehicles is the general trend, which will certainly promote the technological innovation and economic growth of China's automobile industry in the future.
