How to write the reasons for the priority examination of the application for a patent for invention?

The reasons for giving priority to the examination should be concise and to the point, and the number of words should be controlled within 300 words.

According to Article 4 of the Administrative Measures for Priority Examination of Invention Patent Applications:

Applications for invention patents that can be examined in priority include:

(1) Important patent applications involving energy conservation and environmental protection, new generation information technology, biology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials, new energy vehicles and other technical fields;

(2) Important patent applications involving low-carbon technologies, resource conservation and other contributions to green development;

(3) The patent on the same subject is applied for the first time in China, and it is applied for the first time in other countries or regions;

(four) other patent applications that are of great significance to the national interests or public interests and need priority examination.

Write your own reasons and submit them to the Provincial Intellectual Property Office for approval.
