The surface material of the electrothermal film is a special polyester film, and the ink line in the middle of the film is a special conductive ink, which is the core part of the electrothermal film, equivalent to many parallel resistors, and can generate heat after being electrified. The silver bars on both sides of the electrothermal film are metal current-carrying bars, which are used to connect ink (resistors) and play the role of wires. The main materials of metal current-carrying strips are copper tin plating and silver paste. The electrothermal film is made of American aerospace patented technology, special manufacturing technology and special materials. The intelligent heating system of electrothermal film is manufactured by advanced computer numerical control technology, which can accurately control the thickness of solidified ink on the film and ensure the uniform and stable temperature of the film surface.

Low-temperature radiant electrothermal film is a translucent polyester film, which can generate heat after being electrified. It is made of conductive special ink and metal current-carrying strip through processing and hot pressing between insulating polyester films. When working, the electrothermal film is used as the heating element, which sends heat into the space in the form of radiation, so that the human body and objects can be warmed first, and its comprehensive effect is better than the traditional convection heating method. The low-temperature radiation electrothermal film system consists of power supply, temperature controller, connector, insulation layer, electrothermal film and decorative layer. The power supply is connected with the electrothermal film through wires to convert electric energy into heat energy. Because the electrothermal film is a pure resistance circuit, its conversion efficiency is high, except for a small part of the loss (2%), most (98%) is converted into heat energy.

Composition and function of electrothermal film system;

(1) The electrothermal film system includes the following parts:

1, thermal insulation layer 2, reflective film 3, electric heating film; 4. Connecting wire, connecting card, insulating cover and temperature controller.

(2) electrothermal film

The electrothermal film is the core component of the whole system and the heating component of this system. Its base material is PET special polyester film, the heater is special conductive ink, and silver paste and conductive metal bus bar are used as conductive leads, which are finally compounded by hot pressing. The heating of electrothermal film mainly radiates heat in the form of radiation, which belongs to low temperature radiation. It is transmissive and transmits heat energy to the room in the form of infrared rays.

(3) Connecting wire, connecting card and insulating cover

The connecting wire provides power for the electrothermal film and forms the loop of the whole circuit. The connecting card and insulating cover are components of the electric heating film to ensure safe operation.

(4) Temperature controller

Control the whole electric heating film system to ensure the stability of indoor temperature.

Product connection

The electrothermal film is connected to the thermostat through the connecting card. Each group of films is connected in parallel, and finally a group of wires are connected in series to the thermostat. All connectors are sealed in the connector card, and connector points cannot appear in the leads.
