As for the performance of the inner surface coating, it depends on the customer's cooking method. There is a simple reason. The thermal expansion coefficient and cold shrinkage coefficient of coatings are different from those of metal cans. Sudden cooling and sudden heating will lead to the degradation of coating performance, so as to fall off.
