3. According to past experience, the general authorization announcement date is between one and a half months and two months after the payment date. It will take about a month to get the license. Can I still find it online after the announcement date? I haven't verified this. However, the patent inquiry system in China can find that the authorization notice has been issued (the system will find all notices issued from the submission of the application to the end).
