(1) Conditions for receiving subsidies
At the same time, employees who meet the following conditions can apply for skills upgrading subsidies:
1. Participate in unemployment insurance according to law and pay unemployment insurance premium for more than 36 months.

(2) Standards for receiving subsidies

Employees who have obtained intermediate (level 4) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates generally have a subsidy standard of no more than 1500 yuan;
Employees who have obtained advanced (third-level) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates generally do not exceed 2000 yuan.
The same occupation (type of work) and the same level can only apply for a skill upgrading subsidy.
