The designed annual production of granular organic fertilizer is 10,000-30,000 tons. The production line is designed with a production capacity of 5 to 15t/h and adopts a turntable granulation process. The moisture content of organic fertilizer products is 20%, the average moisture content of livestock and poultry manure is 60-80%, the moisture content of auxiliary materials is 30%, and the dry matter consumption rate in the composting process is 8%. Auxiliary materials mainly include weathered coal, oil shale, straw, edible fungus waste base material, sawdust, medicinal residue, sludge, etc.
1. Estimation of the amount of manure produced in livestock farms (1). Cattle farms: Adult cattle produce 35 kg of manure per day, and grown cattle produce 21 kg. Three calves are calculated as one grown cow. The average inventory is 6 tons per head_calculated annually. (2) Sheep farm: Adult sheep produce 2.7 kg of manure per day, and breeding sheep produce 2.3 kg. Three lambs are calculated as one breeding sheep. The average inventory is 0.7 tons per head_calculated annually. (3) Pig farms: Adult pigs produce 7 to 11 kg of manure per day. Calculated based on 8 kg per day, the average stock is 2.4 tons per head per year. (4) Chicken farm: Adult chickens produce 0.15 kg of manure per day, and the average stock is 4.5 tons per 1,000 birds per year.
2. Compost production technology process Currently, aerobic composting-strip fermentation technology is used to produce organic fertilizers from livestock and poultry manure piles, including raw material pretreatment, fermentation, maturation and other processes. That is, under natural ventilation conditions, compound microbial fermentation agents are added to the materials, and the fermentation is carried out in flat stacks on the ground. According to the internal temperature of the material pile, the machine controls the timely turning of the pile, aeration, fermentation, drying, and screening in the post-ripening stage to produce powdered bio-organic fertilizer; or granulate to produce granular organic fertilizer (spherical particles or cylindrical particles) according to market demand. ).
The fermentation of materials should be carried out in a workshop or greenhouse, and oxygen is forcedly supplied by turning the pile to facilitate the function of aerobic microorganisms. The material pile is generally controlled to be no more than 1 m in height and no more than 3 m in width. In the initial 1 to 3 days of composting, since the oxygen content of the material itself can basically meet the needs of microorganisms, aerobic microorganisms first decompose the perishable organic matter, and then absorb the C and N nutrients from the decomposed organic matter. Some of the nutrients are used for the reproduction of the microorganisms themselves. , the remaining nutrients are decomposed into CO2 and H2O, and heat is released to increase the temperature of the pile.
