The elevation of the supporting surface of the pipeline support can be adjusted by adding a metal pad on its upper part, but the metal pad shall not exceed two layers, and the pad shall be welded with embedded iron pieces or steel structures.

(3) For pipelines with different displacements, the same hanger or sliding supports shall not be used when there are no special requirements in the design.

(4) The sliding surface of the sliding pallet and sliding supports and the working surface of the guiding bracket on the bracket should be smooth and in good contact, and shall not be skewed or stuck.

(5) When laying the pipe trench, a support (crane) frame should be set at a distance of 0.5 m from the ditch mouth, and sliding supports must be set at the holes on both sides of the hot box. The deviation between the position of the center point of the support and the design position shall comply with the provisions of the standard.

(6) The sliding supports of the pipeline without thermal displacement and the suspender of the hanger shall be installed perpendicular to the pipeline axis; The center of hanger rod of sliding hanger with thermal displacement should be on the side opposite to the direction of pipeline displacement, and its displacement should be 1/2 designed and calculated. (7) The installation height of the spring support and hanger shall be adjusted according to the design requirements, and the temporary fixing parts of the spring shall be removed after the pipeline installation, pressure test and heat preservation are completed.

(8) Fixed piers should be set at the folds of directly buried heating pipelines and pipelines that are not allowed to deform under the action of external force to ensure the stability of the pipeline system. When there is no requirement in the design, the quality of the fixed pier should meet the following requirements: the strength grade of the concrete fixed pier should not be lower than C20;; Steel bar diameter should not be less than 8 mm, spacing should not be greater than 250mm;; ; Reinforcement shall be double-layered, and the protective layer shall not be less than 30mm;; ; When the pipeline passes through the fixed pier, reinforcing ribs should be set at the hole edge.
