To be recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Quzhou City, the following conditions must be met at the same time:
(1) The enterprise has been registered and established in Quzhou City for more than one year when applying for recognition;
(2) The enterprise has obtained ownership of at least one invention patent or three utility model patents in the past three years (independent research and development, transfer, donation, merger and acquisition) that play a core supporting role in the technology of its main products (services);
(3) The technology that plays a core supporting role in the company's main products (services) falls within the scope of the "High-tech Fields Supported by the State" and is in line with the direction of Quzhou's industrial development policy;
(4) The scientific and technological personnel engaged in R&D or related technological innovation activities of the enterprise account for more than 10% of the total number of employees of the enterprise that year; The total research and development expenses (calculated in actual operating time) account for more than 3% of the total sales revenue in the same period;
(6) The annual sales revenue of the enterprise reaches more than 3 million yuan (more than 1 million yuan in the service industry), Among them, the revenue from high-tech products (services) accounts for more than 50% of the company's total revenue for the year;
(7) In the research, development, and production processes, there should be technical measures and equipment to prevent and control environmental pollution, and "three wastes" "Emissions must comply with national standards;
(8) Have standardized and sound production, technology, quality, safety, environmental protection, statistics, and financial management systems, and comply with laws and regulations and pay taxes in accordance with regulations.
