2. Inspection method
Applicants can carry relevant materials by themselves or entrust others to check at the checkpoints set up by the intellectual property offices of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the selected test sites are located.
Check materials
1. First time applicant
20 12 applicants who take the national patent agent qualification examination for the first time shall submit the following materials when accepting the inspection:
(1) Original and photocopy of my valid ID card (resident ID card, military officer's card, passport, permanent resident ID card or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents);
(2) The original and photocopy of academic qualifications or degree certificates;
(3) Original work certificate.
2. Re-register personnel
Applicants who participated in the national patent agent qualification examination from 2009 to 20 1 1 shall submit the original and photocopy of their valid identity documents (resident ID card, military officer's card, passport, permanent resident ID card or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents) when accepting the inspection.
3. Entrust others to inspect.
Where the applicant entrusts others to conduct inspection, in addition to the above materials, the applicant shall also submit the following materials:
(1) The original and photocopy of the trustee's valid ID card (resident ID card, military officer's card, passport, permanent resident ID card or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents);
(2) The original power of attorney issued by the applicant.
