The unit has the following advantages: ① small volume and large refrigeration capacity; ② High compression ratio and high EER value; ③ Compact structure, smooth circular motion, low noise and small vibration; ④ Convenient adjustment, stepless adjustment in the range of 10% ~ 100%, good energy-saving performance and high efficiency under partial load; ⑤ Less moving parts, wearing parts less than 10% of piston type, low failure rate and long service life.
Disadvantages: ① The manufacturing, processing technology and assembly accuracy of the whole machine are strict; ② The lubrication system is complicated, and the oil consumption is higher than that of piston type; ③ The capacity of a single machine is smaller than that of a centrifuge, and the rotating speed is lower than that of a centrifuge; ④ The noise of large-capacity units is higher than that of centrifugal units; ⑤ The initial investment cost is higher than that of piston type.
