2. The date of acceptance and examination of the documents submitted by the parties shall be the date of acceptance of the registration application.
3. Decide. The examination decision on the registration of the pledge contract shall be made within 15 days (excluding the time for correction) from the date of acceptance. The review decision is divided into two types: approval and disapproval of registration, and a notice is issued to the parties. If the registration is approved, the pledge contract will take effect from the date of registration, and the pledge right will be established; If the registration is not approved, the pledge contract is invalid and the pledge right is not established.
