Article 2: The Employer shall provide the following documents and materials to the surveyor in time and be responsible for their accuracy and reliability.

2.5 If the Employer cannot provide the above information and it is collected by the surveyor, the Employer shall pay the corresponding fees to the surveyor.

Article 3: The surveyor shall submit the survey results to the Employer and be responsible for their quality. The surveyor is responsible for submitting four copies of the survey results to the Employer, and additional copies required by the Employer will be charged separately.

Article 4: The time, charging standard and payment method for the start and submission of investigation results.

Article 5: Responsibilities of Employer and Surveyor

5. 1 Employer's responsibility

5. 1. 1 When entrusting a task, the employer must clearly define the survey task and technical requirements to the surveyor in writing, and provide documents and materials according to the provisions of Article 2.

5. 1.2 In the area (section) without data and drawings within the scope of survey work, the employer shall assist the contractor to find out the buried objects. If the above information and drawings are not provided, or the provided information and drawings are unreliable and the buried objects are unclear, thus causing personal injury or economic loss to the surveyor in the survey work, the contractor shall bear civil liability.

5. 1.3 The employer shall provide and solve the working conditions and problems of the survey site in time (such as land acquisition, compensation for small trees, removal of underground obstacles, handling of related problems that disturb people and affect normal construction, leveling the construction site, maintaining service roads, connecting power and water sources, digging drainage ditches, using boats for water operations, etc.). ), and bear the cost.

5. 1.4 The survey site needs to be guarded, especially when working in toxic and hazardous places, the employer shall send someone to take charge of the security work, and provide health protection for the site personnel engaged in dangerous operations according to relevant state regulations, and bear the responsibility.

5. 1.5 In case of task change during the survey, the employer will pay the survey fee according to the actual workload after going through the formal change procedures.

5. 1.6 Provide necessary production and living conditions for surveyors and bear the expenses; Can not be provided, a one-time payment to the surveyor for temporary facilities.

5. 1.7 If the surveyor stops work or delays construction due to the employer's reasons, the employer shall pay the work stoppage delay fee in addition to the extension of the construction period (see 6.1for the calculation method); If the Employer requests to complete the project (or submit survey results and materials) in advance within the time stipulated in the contract, the Employer shall pay the calculated overtime to the surveyor every day in advance.

5. 1.8 The contractor shall protect the employer's survey plans, reports, documents, data drawings, special processes (methods), patented technologies and rationalization proposals, and shall not copy, disclose, modify, transfer or transfer them to a third party or use them in projects other than the contract without the consent of the employer; In case of the above situation, the contractor shall bear legal responsibility, and the employer has the right to claim compensation.

5. 1.9 Other responsibilities that the Employer shall bear as stipulated in relevant clauses of this contract and supplementary agreements.

5.2 Responsibility of Surveyors

5.2. 1 The surveyor shall conduct engineering investigation according to national technical specifications, standards, procedures, the power of attorney of the employer and technical requirements, submit qualified investigation results and materials within the time specified in this contract, and be responsible for them.

5.2.2 Because the quality of the survey results provided by the surveyor is unqualified, the surveyor is responsible for supplementing and improving them free of charge to make them qualified; If the surveyor is unable to supplement and improve and needs to entrust other units, the surveyor shall bear all the survey expenses; Or major economic losses or engineering accidents caused by the survey quality, the surveyor shall not only bear legal responsibilities and exempt the survey fees for the direct losses, but also pay compensation to the employer according to the degree of losses, and the employer and the surveyor shall make compensation according to the relevant provisions of the state.

5.2.3 Before engineering survey, put forward survey outline or survey organization design, and send people to check and accept the information provided by the employer together with the employer.

5.2.4 During the investigation, according to the geotechnical engineering conditions of the project (or the topography, geology and hydrogeology conditions of the work site) and the requirements of technical specifications, put forward opinions on increasing or decreasing the workload or modifying the investigation work to the employer, and go through the formal change procedures.

5.2.5 The surveyor's personnel working at the site shall abide by the safety and security of the Employer and other relevant rules and regulations, and undertake the confidentiality obligation of relevant information.

5.2.6 Other responsibilities that the surveyor shall bear as stipulated in the terms of this contract and the supplementary agreement.

Article 6: Liability for breach of contract

6. 1 If the quality of survey data is unqualified due to the surveyor's reasons, and the technical requirements cannot be met, the cost of reworking survey shall be borne by the surveyor.

6.2 During the performance of the contract, if the contract is terminated due to the suspension of construction or the employer's request to cancel the contract, and the surveyor fails to conduct the survey, the deposit paid by the employer will not be refunded; If the survey work has been carried out and the workload is less than 50%, the employer shall pay 50% of the survey fee to the surveyor; The amount of work completed exceeds
