The imported talents are high-level talents who hold the Residence Permit for Overseas High-level Talents in Zhejiang Province or meet the Classification Catalogue of Shaoxing High-level Talents; The main finishers who have won awards at or above the provincial or ministerial level; Full-time graduates of ordinary colleges or vocational colleges who have obtained college education or above, people with equivalent national education and returned overseas students; The patentee who owns independent intellectual property rights, or has a professional technical post above the intermediate level and a professional skill level above the intermediate level; The urgently needed talents or other special talents identified by the office of the leading group for talent work at or above the county level.
