What is an optically pure drug?

Optically pure drugs are drugs made from pure compounds by optical analysis, and a compound will have different structures in analysis or chemistry. Chemically, purity can be divided into optical purity, analytical purity, chemical purity and industrial purity, among which optical purity is the highest. Some drugs with optical isomerism have great differences in different structures.
