Business scope

Lithium Power Group and Tsinghua University jointly built a core technical team, established the "Tsinghua Lithium Power Electric Vehicle Research Center" and established a branch in Caofeidian, Tangshan City. One of the core technologies: permanent magnet synchronous motor
The permanent magnet synchronous motor series is specially designed for It is designed for synchronous drive systems in electric vehicles or similar situations. Its electromagnetic and structural design is very unique and has more than ten domestic and foreign patents. Its biggest features are wide speed range, wide high-efficiency area and large torque, which can realize continuously variable speed. It has compact structure, light weight and small size. It is suitable for fields with higher requirements on volume, weight and efficiency.
Core technology two: Permanent magnet AC asynchronous motor
The permanent magnet AC asynchronous motor has passed national testing and has three practical invention patents.
It adopts aluminum alloy shell. Its biggest features are high torque regenerative braking recovery efficiency, electronic synchronous clutch continuously variable transmission function, electronic gear shifting function, low internal air cooling temperature rise, earthquake resistance, high reliability and long service life.
Core Technology Three: Lithium Ferrous Phosphate Power Battery
The full range of "Liyuan Brand" batteries below 200Ah independently developed and produced by Liyuan Power Group have independent intellectual property rights. At present, the entire series of batteries are products that have passed the 201 test. The consistency of the batteries is very good, and they are ideal power batteries for electric vehicles. At the same time, our group has also developed 300Ah and 400Ah large-capacity lithium batteries and has been put into use.
Core Technology No. 4: Controller System
The motor controller system uses imported high-speed signal processor DSP/Trenchgate IGBT special chip to reasonably control the vehicle during driving. The energy required in different driving states is also equipped with an energy recovery function to reduce electrical energy consumption.
Core Technology Five: Pure Electric Vehicle Assembly System
The pure electric vehicle assembly system developed by Lithium Power Group is the core technology of the group. Through the vehicle controller system, the operating status of the entire vehicle is monitored throughout the entire process, faults can be discovered in time, and corresponding processing can be made. Especially when an unexpected situation occurs in the vehicle, the vehicle manager system can quickly decompose the vehicle voltage to a safe voltage below 48V and stop the motor to achieve the purpose of disaster prevention and reduction.

Production Base
Tangshan Caofeidian Economic and Technological Development Zone is one of the first national-level pilot industrial parks for the development of circular economy and a national scientific development demonstration zone in China. In May 2009, Lithium Power Group signed an agreement with the Tangshan Municipal Government and the Caofeidian Industrial Zone Management Committee to establish an electric vehicle project R&D and production base in the Caofeidian Economic and Technological Development Zone. In the early stage of construction, the land area obtained with government approval is 60,000M2, with total construction area: 304,300M2; floor area ratio: 0.569; coverage rate: 39.77; greening rate: 18.50. It is expected that the total investment will be no less than 2 billion yuan within three years to build batteries. A full range of industrial chains including production lines, assembly plants, vehicle plants, research institutes, and comprehensive support, with 4,000 formal employees and 10,000 comprehensive service-related employees, will reach an annual gross output value of RMB 3 billion within three years. In September 2009, the Tangshan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Tangshan Municipal Government established a leading group for the construction of the Caofeidian Lithium Source Electric Vehicle Project.
