Resin anchor bolt

Resin anchor is a new type of anchor, which uses synthetic resin as binder to connect the anchor rod with the rock on the hole wall. It has the advantages of fast bearing speed, large anchoring force, safety and reliability, simple operation and low labor intensity, which is conducive to speeding up the excavation speed. Resin anchor also overcomes the unreliable factors caused by mortar shrinkage in mortar anchor.

The cost of resin anchoring agent is high, and the relevant units have developed fast-hardening cement anchors and fast-hardening expansive cement anchors. The structure of this kind of anchor rod is the same as that of resin anchor rod, except that cement roll is used instead of resin roll. The application method of quick-hardening cement roll is basically the same as that of resin cartridge, except that the cement roll needs to be soaked in water for 2 ~ 3 min before use, and the anchoring force of this anchoring agent can reach 60kN after1h. Fast-hardening expansive cement roll is filled with fast-hardening expansive cement, and its structure is hollow roll. When in use, first put the cement cartridge on the anchor rod, then soak it in water for 2 ~ 3 min, then send it into the anchor hole, compact it with the punching tube, and then cover the backing plate and fastening nut. Cement cartridge has a wide range of materials and high anchoring force, and its cost is about 1/4 of that of resin anchoring agent.

A, resin anchoring type

According to the anchorage mode, it can be divided into: end anchorage (200 ~ 300 mm bonded to the hole wall) and full-length anchor rod (large anchorage force will increase the cost).

According to the installation method, it is divided into cylinder type and on-site pouring type.

According to the material of the pole: wood (commonly used in coal mines), steel, wood and steel composite.

II. M- 1 Resin Anchorage Structure

At present, the end-anchored snap-in resin anchor is widely used in China, named M- 1 resin anchor. The diameter of the drilled hole is 42mm. This resin is a universal unsaturated original resin. Ordinary round steel with a diameter of 16 ~ 18 mm is often used for anchorage. As shown in figure 12- 16 ~ figure 12- 17.

Third, the construction technology

(1) Drilling: arrange the drilling position according to the design requirements, grasp the drilling direction and strictly control the depth;

(2) Blowing holes or washing holes;

(3) Check the quality of the anchoring agent and the length and quality of the anchoring segment, and brush them clean;

(4) Check the hole depth to ensure that it is qualified;

(5) Put the anchoring agent into the drilling hole and gently push it into the bottom of the hole with the rod body;

(6) Connect the anchor rod with the electric drill, start the electric drill to stir the anchoring agent, and slowly push it into the bottom of the hole;

(7) Strictly control the stirring time, and stir at room temperature for 30s, less than 65438 00℃ for 65438±0min;;

(8) After stirring, remove the electric drill and temporarily fix the rod body with stone slag;

(9) 15 ~ 18 minutes later, install the backing plate and tighten the nut.
