1) If you want to know whether this patent is valid in China, you need to check whether this patent has been applied in China. This can be achieved by searching in the European Patent Office whether all relatives of this foreign patent are in China, that is, the file name starts with CN and a bunch of numbers are added. If yes, you can know whether the legal status is authorized and effective by searching the documents starting with CN through the Chinese Intellectual Property Office or other domestic patent search engines.
2) Also as mentioned above, check the family of this foreign patent in the European Patent Office. If there is a WO with a bunch of numbers at the beginning, it is applied in pct.
But my method may be stupid and a little troublesome, and others may have a simpler method.
