Therefore, the official fee before authorization is 3,705 yuan for inventions and 705 yuan for utility models and designs.
Patents will pay annual fees every year:
1. Invention patents are 900 yuan per year for the 1st to 3rd years,
1,200 yuan per year for the 4th to 6th years
8,000 yuan per year for the 16th to 20th years.
2. Utility model and appearance design: 600 yuan per year for the 1st to 3rd years,
900 yuan per year for the 4th to 5th years,
600 yuan for the 6th to 8th years 1,200 yuan per year, 2,000 yuan per year for the 9th to 10th years.
Based on the above fee standards, for example, if you get the patent right in the first year of patent application, and get a patent certificate, the official fee you need to pay for an invention patent is 4,605 ??yuan (3,705 yuan, 900 yuan). The official fee to be paid for utility models and designs is 1,305 yuan (705 yuan to 600 yuan).
3. Patent processing time
a. Design patents are expected to be issued in about 4-5 months
b. Utility model patents are expected to be issued in about 8 months Certificate
c. It is expected that the invention patent certificate will be obtained in about 2-3 years
