First look at the quantum architecture of Dongfeng. As a fully digital and highly scalable mechatronics architecture, it covers the whole region and has four advantages of "safety, reliability, flexible expansion, changeable scenes and extreme experience". It can realize the "four in one" of hardware layer, software layer, service layer and ecological layer, and provide customers with diversified and full-scenario travel solutions.
Specifically, the architecture is to build a changeable space with building blocks, which allows users to experience at will, pure electric, extended program and plug-in, front drive, rear drive and four-wheel drive modes, small, medium and large sizes, cars, SUVs and MPVs.
The architecture is also equipped with the first centralized SOA electronic and electrical architecture in China, covering the car end, cloud end and ecological end, realizing soft and hard decoupling and rapid iteration, and building a "developer platform" with customers.
Not only that, the architecture also supports customers to define car scenes and L3+ level automatic driving at will, and build an integrated service ecosystem of "vehicle-road cloud network".
In terms of safety, the architecture is equipped with a battery "fire protection system", which realizes millisecond active power failure through BMS algorithm, and is equipped with an active spraying system to reduce the battery cell temperature by 80℃ within 1 minute.
It is worth mentioning that even in winter, the architecture can still be not afraid of battery life attenuation. According to reports, it is equipped with a full-stack self-developed and highly integrated thermal management system, which can be equipped with a CO2 heat pump system. It is not afraid of hot summer and winter, and the industry's top thermal management technology ensures that the endurance at -30 degrees is improved by 30%.
At present, Dongfeng Quantum Architecture has completed the layout of a full range of products, and will build a 16 vehicle matrix in the future, reaching the annual production and sales scale of 1 10,000 vehicles.
2. Mach E new energy power
At this conference, Dongfeng released the Mach E new energy power brand. It is reported that E stands for electric, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. It is mainly composed of three product platforms: electric drive, battery and energy supplement.
It is reported that Mach electric drive has four highlights of "extreme integration, high efficiency, high speed, surging power and intelligent control" and has more than 20 industry-leading technologies.
First of all, in terms of motor, Mach electric drive adopts carbon fiber coated rotor technology, and the speed can reach 30,000 rpm. With the self-developed SiC controller, the highest efficiency of the system can reach 94.5%.
Not only that, the power system adopts self-developed flat-wire motor, with power coverage of 70-400kW and voltage coverage of 300-800V, which has formed a complete product matrix and can meet the load-bearing requirements of different models.
So what are the advantages of this flat wire motor?
1. Compared with the round wire motor, the slot full rate of this motor can be increased by 20%~30%, and the end length can be shortened by 5- 10mm, which effectively reduces the winding resistance, thus reducing the copper loss and improving the efficiency.
2, the shape of the flat wire is more regular, and the flat wire clings to the stator slot, so that the flat wire has better contact with the teeth of the stator core and the yoke, the thermal resistance in the slot is reduced, and the heat conduction efficiency is higher;
3. The flat wire motor has better NVH performance because the winding has better stiffness.
Secondly, in terms of power batteries. Mach battery adopts CIS efficient grouping technology, which is original in the industry. The grouping efficiency exceeds 80%, the energy density of the system exceeds 300Wh/Kg, and the CLTC cruising range of the vehicle exceeds 1 200 km.
This technology not only adopts L300 standardized hard-shell battery design, but also passes the rigorous 20mm depth needling test in the industry, and can reduce the battery temperature by 80℃ within 1 min.
In addition, in the field of charging. It is reported that Dongfeng has mastered 3+X global charging technology, including advanced charging technologies such as mass-produced AC charging, DC charging, super fast charging and wireless charging, automatic charging, V2G and solar charging.
Among them, in terms of fast charging, Dongfeng said that it can charge for 5 minutes and have a battery life of 300 kilometers to solve the problems of battery life anxiety. In addition, Dongfeng will also lay out the field of power exchange. Dongfeng pioneered the T-shaped rotary power exchange mechanism, with flexible positioning structure and long-life liquid-cooled power exchange interface. The power exchange only takes 90 seconds, and the service life of 10000 times or more is realized.
With the release of Mach E, Mach Power has fully covered three major fields: energy-saving power, hybrid power and pure electric power.
3. Dongfeng Hydrogen Ship Hydrogen Power Brand
At the press conference, Dongfeng also brought the "Dongfeng Hydrogen Ship" hydrogen power brand to provide customers with ultra-environmentally-friendly, ultra-efficient, ultra-safe and ultra-durable full-stack hydrogen energy solutions for low-carbon travel.
Dongfeng hydrogen ship includes Dongfeng hydrogen battery system and Dongfeng hydrogen core fuel cell stack. These include:
-Dongfeng hydrogen independent fuel cell system consists of hydrogen supply, gas supply, hydrothermal management and other systems;
-Dongfeng hydrogen core autonomous fuel cell stack consists of membrane electrode, bipolar plate, catalyst and other core components of the stack.
Driven by application scenarios, Dongfeng Hydrogen Boat has three major hydrogen power platform products, namely 70kW, 150kW and 350kW, with a power coverage of 20kW-350kW. Among them, 350kW is the leading high-power platform in China, which can meet the needs of all series models of passenger cars and commercial vehicles and realize full power, full vehicle, full scene and full coverage.

In terms of advanced power system, users' demands for battery life, energy consumption and energy supplement will focus on breakthroughs in high-efficiency electric drive, CTC, all-solid-state battery, skateboard chassis and all-power hydrogen power.
In terms of intelligent driving technology, we will vigorously promote the cross-border integration of "car-energy-road-cloud", continue to promote the commercial application of high-level intelligent driving technology, break through the full-scene automatic parking technology, promote the joint development of vehicle operating systems, and enrich the intelligent cockpit experience scene.
Dongfeng also said that it will invest 50 billion yuan to develop new energy in the next three years.
