How to set electronic signature in word

1. Select the Insert tab and click the Microsoft Office Signature Line command in the Signature Line drop-down list.

2. open the "signature settings" dialog box, enter the name of the signer in the text of "suggested signer", enter the title of the signer in the text box of "suggested signer's title", check the "show signature date in signature line" check box, and then click "OK" button.

3. Double-click the inserted signature line in the document to open the Signature dialog box and do the following:

1) To add a printed signature, enter a name in the text box to the right of the "X".

2) To select an image for handwritten signature, click the Select Image button. In the Select Signature Image dialog box, find the location of the signature image file, select the required file, and then click the Select button.

4. after finishing the above operations, click the "sign" button to open the "sign confirmation" dialog box, and then click the "ok" button.
