How to apply for the identification of provincial high-level talents;

Article 1 Application conditions
1. Team leader belongs to high-level talents (A, B, C) introduced from Fujian Province.
2. The core members of the team did not enjoy the high-level talent policy support, and their annual salary reached more than 1.5 times of the average salary of employees in urban units in the city where the employer was located (Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone) in the previous year.
3. The core members of the team have signed employment (labor) contracts with the employer in the Pilot Free Trade Zone for more than 2 years and worked in the employer for more than 9 months each year.
Article 2 Support policies
1. For the core members of the confirmed high-level talent introduction team, the provincial talent special fund will give living allowance according to the standard of 40,000 yuan per person per year.
2. In the first two years, each team can support at most 5 members, and in the third year, it can be increased to 15 at most.
3. The same team support shall not exceed 3 years, and the individual support of its team members shall not exceed 3 years.
4. Living allowance can only be used for the core members of the team themselves, not for other personnel.
Article 3 Application materials

Article 4 Application Procedures
1. The employing unit shall, together with the imported high-level talent team, apply to the talent service window of the Pilot Free Trade Zone and submit relevant materials.
2. After the preliminary examination of the application materials, the talent service window of the Pilot Free Trade Zone shall be submitted to the organization department of the district, city and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone.
3. The relevant districts, cities (districts) and other departments shall review and confirm within 1 month, and advance the living allowance to the employer. When necessary, it can be confirmed through field visits and other means.
4 relevant districts and cities (regions) shall submit the following materials to the provincial people's social welfare department in a timely manner:
